Pregnancy support during the visits families already make.
A pregnant mom has a lot of appointments, and a lot of life in between. The easiest support is the kind that meets her where she already is: the community center, the neighborhood event, the places her week already goes.
That's how Prism supports moms: checkups and pregnancy support at community stops, help finding a doctor, doula support through birth, and check-ins once baby comes home.
No extra trip. No new place to find. Just care, folded into the life a family already has.
It helps that our team looks like the families we serve: neighbors serving neighbors, in the languages families speak at home.
