What to Expect

A visit, start to finish.

Look for the Prism maroon at a health fair, school, church, or library near you. No appointment needed.

02

Check in with our team

A friendly team member greets you in English or Spanish, asks what you need, and gets you started, usually within minutes.

03

Get real care, on the spot

A doctor, nurse, or health worker sees you that day. You leave with a record of your visit and a plan for what's next.
