Conveniently located at the intersection of Plum Grove Rd and Schaumburg Rd, this centralized testing site occupies the center space of Spring Valley Plaza. When you visit, you’ll be greeted by our security guards who will direct you to our drive-thru and walkup testing space. After your visit, stop by India Video next door, owned and operated by one of our testing staff members!

No insurance? No problem. Prism Health Lab works with the government to provide free testing for everyone and no co-pay or deductible needed.
If you are uninsured, your test is covered by the federal government HRSA program. If you are insured, we will bill your insurance; you will not be charged a copay or deductible. If your insurance company attempts to pass the bill to you, please email us at billing@prismhealthlab.com with any supporting documents. Please note, we will never charge you for your COVID-19 test and will always support you to resolve any issues.
