What are COVID-19 Services?
These services include COVID-19 Testing, vaccines, and advanced treatment like Monoclonal Antibody Treatment.
Why do I need COVID-19 Services?
Protect your community by getting tested when you’re feeling under-the-weather and make sure to be fully vaccinated and boosted.
Diagnostic tests can show if you currently are infected with SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. This is a molecular test, which is a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test.
*The COVID-19 test is offered at no cost to patients if they are experiencing symptoms or have had exposure to a person who is possibly positive and has insurance. If they are uninsured, the PCR test costs $50, and the Rapid test costs $20. If they are insured, we will bill their insurance. No copay or deductible will be charged in line with emergency pandemic guidance. Please note public health surveillance & travel testing will incur $100 for PCR testing. Prism Health Lab’s healthcare providers will attempt to contact patients before charging.

There are three main types of COVID-19 vaccines: messenger RNA (mRNA), protein subunit and vector. All three vaccine types either deliver, or cause our bodies to make, harmless proteins like the ones found on the surface of the COVID-19 virus. The vaccine teaches our immune system to recognize the virus. After we are vaccinated, if we are exposed to the virus, our immune system recognizes, attacks and blocks the virus.
Monoclonal antibody treatment for COVID-19 may block the virus that causes COVID-19 from attaching to human cells, making it more difficult for the virus to reproduce and cause harm. Monoclonal antibodies may also neutralize a virus. Eligible to high-risk individuals who have tested positive for COVID within the last 10 days.
Through this program, people are able to get tested for COVID-19 and receive life saving antivirals from healthcare providers. If they are positive (or have already tested positive somewhere else) and this treatment is appropriate for them, they will receive a prescription from a healthcare provider (through telehealth) and have their prescription filled at one location. Prism Health Lab has become a “One-Stop Test to Treat” site.
